Courage Despite Fear

Card of the Day: Page of Wands (Reversed)

Here we are—the final three days of the 78-day meditation.

There is something sacred about doing something consistently over time. To create a priority and honor it—especially when life pulls us in countless directions—is an act of devotion. A moment of quiet victory. If you’ve made it here, you’ve honored yourself by showing up for reflection, for presence, for truth. I hope the insights have been meaningful. Mine certainly have.

Breathe in slowly.

Exhale fully.

Feel the steadiness in your breath.

The three cards that remain are all court cards—how fitting. Stately. Reflective. Regal.

Today, the Page of Wands stands at the edge of a barren wilderness, clad in bold robes, staff in hand, face tilted upward in quiet wonder. Though the land behind them is stark, the Page seems unbothered—perhaps even thrilled. There is no need for the familiar. This is a soul stirred by possibility.

This card speaks to unshaken confidence—especially the kind that arises when we stand alone. It’s easy to project strength when surrounded by support. But how do we carry ourselves when our position is solitary? Do we quiet our voice? Do we compromise our ideals for comfort?

In reversal, the Page invites deeper reflection. Hesitation. Self-doubt. The risk of silence when courage is called for.

Do we lead when others hold back?Do we trust the inner flame when no one else is holding a torch?

Maybe our voice, our clarity, our first step forward becomes the very thing others were waiting for. Maybe the wilderness is not a punishment, but a place of first light.

The court cards usher us toward completion. But before we arrive, the Page reminds us: Every ending is a beginning.

What are you ready to begin—even if you must begin alone?

How can I apply this today?

  • I will notice when I am tempted to shrink.

  • I will speak truth, even if my voice is the first.

  • I will honor beginnings—even when they feel like endings.

  • I will trust the fire within me.

I welcome all parts of myself—known and unknown, shining and shadowed.

I honor my past for what it has taught me.

I trust my intuition to lead me.

I release what no longer serves me.

I walk forward with steadiness, guided by the light within me.

Be well, be present, be at peace.
